At the bottom of this page you will find an image in a frame. In the very middle of this random image you will see four dots or small dashes one above the other they are the position markers for this demonstration.
You will look at those dots stare right at them for the time it takes you to slowly count backwards from fifteen.
You will breath deeply as you count and will not take your eyes from the four dashes in the middle of the design.
At the point that you finish your count you will close your eyes and tilt you head back toward the ceiling.
You will see a Tunnel of Light start to appear do not panic just keep you eyes closed and then you will be totally amazed.
Some people report the feeling of floating and warm or cool sensations during this demonstration. Several people have reported seeing a wide array of images appear in the tunnel of light.
