SUPPLIES TIPS WARNINGS
This is the support materiel for the October 21st THE SÉANCE®
All of these things are to be gathered and prepared and made ready prior to beginning
the Séance experiments.1. You will need some pennies five to thirteen. You want some that are a few years old. The reason for this is that beyond the shadow of a doubt they have been handled by those who have passed over / died / are no longer with us however you want to state it. I find this a far better idea than using an object or picture of some one you wish to contact. (See more on contacting specific persons at the end of this page) And if things do not go well you will not be terribly distressed to have to get rid of the pennies. I doubt you would want to destroy a prized object or picture of a deceased friend or loved one.
2. Four cups, glasses, or mugs. They must be made of glass or ceramic. Plastic will not work. You may use old glass jars. "The use of mason jars the lidded jars people can fruit or vegetables are popular for catching the breath of a ghost, spirit, or a demon."
3. A deck of cards that have been well shuffled and the jokers removed. Deal thirty one cards off of the deck. They must be random. That means don't look. The thirty one cards represent the 31 days of October. (See the end of this page for information on the reasons for this)
4. A simple pendulum made from a piece of string and a ring. You will use this to determine the person most suited to act as medium for you gathering of seekers. I have prepared a special page please click here You may print the page out and use it when your guests arrive. Or simply remember the procedure to be followed being as it is not overly complicated.
5. If you or someone in your group has a religious leaning it would be advisable to have a copy of the religious text of your or their faith. *this is not a mandatory supply. But is suggested*

Let's get this strait from the start. Don't try and do something asinine like summoning up a Demon or talking to Satan. You will not like what happens. And may possibly be injured and experience the after effects for several years. Additionally trying to summon someone who was a killer, sadist, or mentally unstable will also result in a most unfavorable/uncontrollable situation. You probably will not get the specific person but will succeed in opening a portal to a very unpleasant reality that I am sure you do not wish to experience. If some one in your group brings up such an idea they should not take part in the séance experiment. You want to keep such thoughts and ideas away from the Séance circle. Just the thoughts of such things can turn a pleasant experience into a nightmare that you may not wake up from.
Second this is a theatrical production. Some have already accused me of taking this stance to protect myself. Wouldn't you do the same? I am handing over the tools to you. I cannot control how you use them. We all create our own reality. We all do not see things the same. Perception is relative to situation. If you see a flicker of light in the dark and it turns into a small baby and disappears you know you saw it. It is your reality of what happened. If the séance room starts to smell like roses it may very well smell of carnations or lily's to the rest. You will experience based upon your perceptions of your personal reality.
Do not plan on contacting some one famous. Look at it this way you are making a random phone call to a public phone. What are the chances that the person you want to talk to will be passing that public phone when you call. Get the idea.
Maybe over time who you want to talk to could be located. But the chances of finding who you want is extremely small. If some one tells you that they can put you in touch with a loved one it is time to put on the wading boots.
A specific person may attempt contact with you. The chances are great that a loved one will attempt contact with you. Because the bond already exists.
*WARNING* Take the phone of the hook. Do not unplug it. Turn of cell phones and beepers. We have had several reports of phones ringing during the séance procedure and when they where answered the deep voice of a man answered speaking in a unidentified language some have said they heard the voices of women breathing quickly and barely audible partial pieces of words. This occurred with the phones unplugged. It does not seam to happen when the phones are just of the hook. If you have an old phone that is not in use. Move it to another location during the proceedings. If you hear a phone ring do not answer it alone!
